Instructions for use
Candles
Candles and other scented articles are included in Category 12 of the IFRA safety standards. Bubble Gum fragrance oil has no restrictions for Category 12 use. You can use it in any quantity you prefer.
Soaps and fragrances for the bathroom
Bubble Gum fragrance oil is ideal for bath products. The maximum dilution for soaps, shampoos, or any other IFRA Category 9 product is 36.56%. This category also includes laundry pretreatment and cleaning products.
There are no restrictions on the maximum dilution for making an environmental aerosol or any other product that is distributed with a dispenser.
Handmade perfumery
Aromatic oils are a perfect complement to handcrafted perfumes. For colognes designed for application to freshly shaved skin, a maximum dilution of 12.50% is recommended. This applies to both Eau de Toilette and fine fragrances. For products for unshaven skin, a more liberal dilution is possible, with a maximum of 18.6%.
If you choose to use Bubble Gum fragrance oil in deodorants or antiperspirants, the maximum dilution is 0.06%. This applies to both roll-on and body spray products.
Body Care
According to IFRA regulations, the maximum safe dilution for Bubble Gum aromatic oil is 4.77% when used in body creams, foot care products, insect repellents, or talc.
For specialized hand creams or fragranced hand sanitizers, the maximum dilution would be 4.77%.
IFRA Guidelines for Maximum Dilution
The maximum dilution for this aromatic oil depends on the products you plan to make.
It's important to note that the maximum dilutions are based solely on safety and are determined by the oil's chemical composition. In some cases, these dilutions are quite high, as all the components are relatively harmless. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations for how much to use in your recipe. They could result in an overpowering odor or make the product prohibitively expensive to produce. As long as you stay below the recommended limits, you can be as generous or sparing as you like. Use more, use less. We'll leave the creativity to you.

Bubble Gum aromatic oil is not approved by IFRA safety guidelines for any type of lip or mouth product, according to its categories 1 and 6.
