The purchase will be accepted when the User has placed the order and pressed the “PAY NOW” button and will only be processed when the payment made by the User is confirmed, through the payment methods that
offered by SPINETOHOGAR.COM .
The order is valid for two (2) business days, from order confirmation to payment. After this time, if payment has not been confirmed, the purchase will be automatically canceled by the system, and the User will need to place a new order. SPINETOHOGAR.COM is not responsible for any changes in product inventory or prices that may occur between the order cancellation and the User placing a new order.
Any tax or fee levied on products for sale, as well as those levied on sales transactions, such as Value Added Tax
The VAT will be the sole responsibility of the customer or user and will be paid at the time the order is placed on the website. This amount will be reflected in the final invoice delivered to the customer or user upon delivery of the product. SPINETOHOGAR.COM will manage the delivery of products through shipping companies (ZOOM, DHL, MRW, among others), except for those picked up in-store by the customer.

Users authorize SPINETOHOGAR.COM to send them promotional emails to the email address registered in their Profile. Customers may request to stop receiving all promotional or advertising communications sent to their email address in their Profile by disabling the option for this purpose or by sending an email to clientes@spinetohogar.com
Products on promotion, discounts or seasonal promotional offers are not eligible for returns.
The Cashea app payment method does not apply to products that are discounted or on promotion.
The products will be shipped once payment is confirmed. Products will be shipped exclusively via courier services, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
At the time of purchase, the customer must provide the delivery address for their product, supplying all the information requested by the system. SPINETOHOGAR.COM is not responsible for the validity or accuracy of the information provided by the user.
The delivery time for your order will depend on the products selected and the shipping company, so it may vary. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in the delivery time and are not considered shipping days.
