Refunds

Returning products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned items. Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds. Spineto Hogar will process the refund using the most convenient payment method and following our standard procedures, starting from the arrival of the returned order at our warehouse. This is in accordance with the agreement reached with Customer Service. Depending on the payment method and bank, the time it takes to receive the refund may vary. As a second option, we offer a credit voucher for the amount of the returned product, which you can use for future purchases in our online store.

In the event of a product exchange by the customer, whether due to personal preference, color preference, or other reasons, the customer is responsible for the exchange and may choose to exchange a product of the same value for another. In this case, no refund will be issued.
