Candles
Candles and related scented articles fall under Category 12 of the IFRA safety standards. Perfect Christmas Spice fragrance oil has no usage restrictions for Category 12. Feel free to use as much or as little as you like.
Soaps and Bath Fragrances
Perfect Christmas Spice fragrance oil is well-suited for bath products. The maximum dilution for soaps, shampoos, or any other IFRA Category 9 product is "?"%. This category also covers laundry pretreatment and cleaning products.

Handmade perfumery
Fragrance oils are wonderful additions to handmade perfumes. For cologne designed to be applied to freshly shaved skin, a maximum dilution of 1% is appropriate. This would apply to both Eau de Toilette and fine fragrances. For unshaven skin, you can be more liberal with the 1% dilution.
